Ms. Shirazi the founder of the company is an experienced public and private school teacher that has been in education for 19 years. She has taught for 12 years in Los Angeles public and private schools. She has first hand experience and knowledge of Los Angeles education system, school districts standards, requirements, what it takes to succeed in an academic environment. In education, teachers understand that students have various learning styles, come to school with various backgrounds, knowledge, experiences, and languages. For students to advance and achieve success at their fullest potential, she plans, designs lessons to engage and support her students with modifying strategies that are developmentally appropriate and adjusted to each child's interests and needs. She has a Masters Degree in Education, Teaching Credential and is CLAD certified.
